grand opening
Tuesday, August 30th, 2005the site is up and running, not that this would mean much to anyone at this point, but it’s no small feat for me. last night in the middle of my laboring away at setting the site up, my apartments’ fire alarm was triggered and i got to spend two and a half hours standing out in the rain with my pissed off neighbors. talk about a great time. turned out to be a false alarm and the sirens were finally turned off around 4:30am and i managed to get about an hour of sleep before my alarm clock went off. oh joy of joys.
here i am nearly 24 hours later and finally out of things to do for the sake of putting off cleaning my apartment and doing my laundry, both of which are weeks overdue at this point. it is kind of late though, perhaps i will retire and look into my chores tomorrow
