Their panel's alot like GoDaddy - actually all around they're pretty much GoDaddy for a couple bucks less. For hosting I use www.angryhosting.com - cheap, reliable, generous. I've got all the major languages supported, and I host my 4 sites and their 5 databases on the same $5 per month. You can be good to go for a buck or two in most cases and you can add any services/space/bandwidth by small or large increments easily.
