I spent 25 years in the news media both as a newspaper reporter and TV reporter, and spent a lot of time with Al Gore and even covered his father, Al Gore Sr. before him. Al Junior He is a likeable man, but very easily persuaded to whacko causes. I think this “off the deep end” stand he has taken on the global warming issue just proves what most of us who covered him in his early days already agreed on. Gore is an idiot.

I will take my chances with 19; they make up 0.0011% of the 17,119 scientists involved. Hmmm…that sounds like a good percentage to me. Not!!! It is also funny to hear that Al Gore invented the internet. Being a previous member of the armed forces, I had learned that the government, especially the military, had been using the internet since way before computers were introduced to the public. Maybe as far back as the 60′s. If that is so, then how old is Al Gore really? For this statement to be true, Al Gore would have had to have invented the internet when he was a teenager. And think about this, computers weren’t out to the public when the military and government first started using the internet. Explain that one to me. I’m out like a fat kid in dodgeball.
