I have the same problem. 2 things you can do: eat as little as possible for lunch. your body is digesting the food, which is making you sleepy. second, if you do feel the need to sleep, close your eyes for 5 minutes but hold back from falling asleep at the last minute. you feel a little groggy at first, but it goes away and you feel great. last one depends on your office i guess though</description>
